Privacy policy

This notice explains how StackBare handles personal information when you visit this website or send an inquiry.

Who is responsible

StackBare is operated directly by an individual who is responsible for processing your personal information as the data controller. For general inquiries, privacy questions or requests, contact hello@stackbare.com.

Information we collect

The inquiry form asks for your website URL, email address and, optionally, your name. We also store the selected language (English or Italian), a record identifier and the submission date. Technical information associated with requests may appear in infrastructure or server logs; the application does not store IP addresses or request headers in the leads table. Do not submit passwords or sensitive information.

Why we use it

We use your inquiry to review your submitted WordPress website, respond to you and communicate about the StackBare service you requested. Providing the URL and email is necessary to handle your inquiry; your name is optional. Where GDPR applies, this processing is for steps you request before entering a contract. Technical request processing supports delivery and security of the website, based on our legitimate interest in operating it.

Storage and access

The production website will be hosted on Render. Inquiry data is stored using Turso/libSQL. Access is limited to the operator handling inquiries and the technical providers needed to run the website and database. Processing locations and any applicable international transfer arrangements depend on the providers and service configuration. For questions about processing, contact hello@stackbare.com. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for newsletters, advertising, profiling or unrelated marketing. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep inquiry data

We generally retain inquiry data for up to 12 months after submission, unless longer retention is reasonably required for legal, contractual, dispute or compliance purposes.

Cookies and tracking

The current website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, marketing cookies or newsletter tracking. The inquiry form does not require cookies.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@stackbare.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. These rights are subject to the conditions of applicable law.
