Terms of use

These terms apply to the StackBare website, operated directly by an individual. For general inquiries, contact hello@stackbare.com.

Website purpose and inquiries

StackBare provides a website where you can inquire about converting an existing WordPress website into a code-based website. Submitting the form does not create a contract or account, purchase a service, or guarantee acceptance, a quote or delivery. It does not commit either party to a project. Commercial terms for any client work will be agreed separately when applicable.

Acceptable use

Submit accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not use this website to send spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Website content and branding belong to their respective owners. You may view and share links to this website. These terms do not grant ownership or permission to reuse protected material beyond what the law allows. You retain rights to the information you submit.

External websites

A website URL submitted through the form does not imply that StackBare owns, endorses or is responsible for that website or its content.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that all information is complete or current. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website information or temporary unavailability. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website changes. The version published here applies to your use at that time. For questions, contact hello@stackbare.com.
